What about my teenagers?

Just because teenagers like to stay up late, doesn’t mean that they don’t need to sleep. Teens love to sleep in, and it may be that they have a different sleep-wake cycle than the rest of us. Getting up early for school or work may be even more difficult for them than it is for you but the advice is pretty much the same.

Given the extent to which adolescents are connected to social media, it’s even more important to get rid of cell phones, computers, iPads, and iPods in their bedroom.
