Change is a process

You are bound to encounter ups and downs – you are, after all, only human.   Don’t let small stumbles bring you down. Everyone slips up once in a while – the important thing is not to take it personally and to get back on track.

Some days and some situations will be more challenging than others so prepare for these in advance. It can be difficult to keep up with exercise when you are on the road for work or visiting your relatives in BC. So think about how you will handle these situations before you are in them – chances are you’ll be able to come up with a plan that will work.
